Inspired by independent workers in ancient Greece, our engineers (“day laborers”) are autonomous professionals operating within a peer-supported community.

New engineers are validated in production: during the initial 20% of a project, the top three candidate profiles for the job voluntarily compete to demonstrate who can come closest to 50% of the deliverables fastest (observing Pareto's Principle). The engineer with the highest velocity executes the SOP; the others gain reputational weight for future contracts.

This competitive phase applies only to new members. Established engineers have already been validated through real-world performance.

Hirme Club operates under the same economic principle as the Bitcoin network: participants are incentivized to act honestly. The engineer receives the largest share of the contract, while Hirme retains only a small fee for infrastructure and sales support.

Because every SOP is mapped in story points, each member knows exactly how much they contributed and how much they earn. Transparency is economically optimal.

For clients, every SOP has a fixed price.

Internally, Hirme uses a scaling fee model that rewards simultaneous project management:

• First project: 28% goes to Hirme (21% founders, 7% salesperson).
• Second project: 21% (14% founders, 7% salesperson).
• Third project: 14% (7% founders, 7% salesperson).
• Fourth project onward: 7% (entirely to the salesperson).

The big 72% cut is distributed among the Day Laborers — the actual developers — according to story points.

If the tutor of the project is also the salesperson, the 7% goes to them.

All internal subcontracting carries zero friction fees — payments flow directly and proportionally based on story points.

This model ensures fairness, scalability, and transparent monetization without inflating client costs.

Under our B2B framework, which will be the provisional only model, Hirme assumes full oversight and legal responsibility for the project through Hirme Labs, LLC (Delaware), providing direction and quality control.

Under decentralized Club relationships — a model we will progressively migrate to — smart contracts and escrow infrastructure allow direct interaction between independent firms within the ecosystem.

Projects are divided into granular milestones with strict acceptance criteria.

Each approved milestone payment is final.

If a discrepancy arises over a specific acceptance criterion, the project is halted: the client receives all completed code up to the last approved milestone, remaining capital is refunded in the form of USDC stablecoin, and a standard administrative closing fee is applied.

This structure ensures that risk is contained and predictable.

The Hour Glass model — which inspired Hirme's logo — is our automated escrow system for internal Club relationships.

Each micro-delivery triggers a review window (e.g., 48 hours). If no objections are raised, funds automatically pass through the “neck” of the hourglass to the engineer.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the contract terminates at the request of any party, securing both capital and code.

This model applies only to Hirme Club members, not to external corporate clients.
